Car Ship Deal(referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to our website at https://www.carshipdeal.com (the “Site”) and describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to safeguard it. By providing any information through the Site, you agree to its use in accordance with this Policy.
When you submit a quote request through our form, we collect: your first and last name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations (city, state, and ZIP code), and vehicle details (year, make, model, condition, and transport type). You are not obligated to share this information; however, we cannot process your quote request without it.
We do not maintain a user database.We do not create accounts, store passwords, or build profiles. Your quote form data is temporarily held in your browser's session storage so you can resume if you navigate away — this data is cleared when you close the tab or after a successful submission.
When you submit a quote request, your information is sent directly to our auto transport provider network via their CRM system. We act as a pass-through — your data is transmitted to licensed carriers and brokers (“Providers”) who will contact you with shipping quotes.
We do not store your personal information on our servers after it has been successfully transmitted to our Providers. In the rare event that the provider system is temporarily unavailable, your submission may be held briefly in a secure queue until it can be delivered. Once delivered, it is removed from our systems.
Once your information has been passed to Providers, we cannot access, modify, or delete it on your behalf. If you need to make a correction, please resubmit a new request or contact the Provider(s) directly.

By submitting your quote request, you authorize Providers in our network to contact you by phone (including auto-dialed calls), text message, and email to provide shipping quotes — even if your number is registered on do-not-call lists. Any information you share directly with a Provider after they contact you is governed by that Provider's own privacy practices — not this Policy. To stop receiving communications from a Provider, contact that Provider directly.

To opt out of communications from us, email support@carshipdeal.com. To stop communications from a specific Provider, contact them directly.
All data transmitted through the Site is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Since we do not maintain a database of user information, there is no stored PII to breach. Quote submissions are transmitted to Providers over encrypted connections and are not retained on our servers.
We may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The revised Policy takes effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
